You must comply with the laws governing the use of music and streaming content in your jurisdiction.

dTunes does not host any music directly. It only provides a means for users to interact with music streaming services. It is your responsibility to ensure that any music played does not violate copyright law.

dTunes is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues that arise from your use of the Bot.

4. Bot Availability:

dTunes strives to provide uninterrupted service, but it does not guarantee the availability of the Bot at all times. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to server issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and by continuing to use the Bot, you accept the updated terms.

dTunes is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Bot. We disclaim any responsibility for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the Bot's operation.

7. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dTunes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Bot.
